Booked in with Dedant for a Building and pest inspection on my new property towards the end of last week, despite the short notice they managed to get the inspection done on Monday by lunch time.

Rick who inspected my property was very professional with a down to earth personality who was eager to get the job done very efficiently, thanks to Rick’s extensive knowledge in the industry I was made aware of few concerns he’d found at my property.

I was impressed with how quickly the report was sent through to me after the inspection, thanks guys.

We also attended the inspection of the home that we were going to purchase. The inspector took his time, throughly went over every detail of the home. We asked a number of questions that were answered to put our mind at ease. And to our surprise we had the full report & photos of the home later that evening. Also an email was sent asking us if we were happy with the report and if we had any questions or needed anything explained they would be happy to speak to us. Well done Dedant 10/10

I can't fault the service we received from Dedant. I needed a pest and building within 7 days to satisfy the conditions for buying a property, Dedant was available for the very next day. On the day of service, again we can't fault the service, our inspector was thorough and ran us through everything that was found on the property AND we received the report same day. Honestly if I could rate 10/10 I would. This company and its staff are amazing - worth every single penny and more. We had a house we were looking at buying and the gentleman who was doing it was so incredibly thorough with all the issues (there was a lot) he was late to his other appointment (I’m so sorry about that!). Used Deadant a few months ago for a pre-purchase home inspection. Although the report looked excellent and was very thorough there were parts of the house that they refused to get to in the loft, I can navigate and get to these areas easily myself. Overall a good report but the T&C basically get them out of any issues if you have them in future, I have not had issued with the house I purchased at all.

I did make contact with the Inspector after but then after asking a further question he did not reply to me.
