Building & Timber Pest Inspection

It was easy to arrange the building and pest inspections with Dedant Building and Pest Inspections in Brisbane. Their staff were good to work with and helpful with my questions regarding arranging the booking. The inspector was on time and the reports were received within 24 hours and were thorough and provided a good summary of the information we were looking for. I would recommend their service.

I've used Dedant twice and both times they provided a comprehensive building and pest report that was easy for me to understand. Price was competitive and turnaround from the time I provided my details online to the actual inspection the first time was less than 24hrs, and the second time I used them I provided my details on Friday afternoon and the inspection was two work days later. Dedant corresponded directly with the real estate agent to organise so I didn't have to do anything in regards to communicate between parties. If memory serves me correctly I received the report about 2.5hs or so after the actual insection. Overall I'm happy with the service provided.

We had a building and pest inspection from Dedant and were very impressed from start to finish. I called to get a quote and was provided all required information include an email with a booking link. I requested a booking Saturday for a Wednesday (very short notice) given Monday was the Logan public holiday. I got the booking email confirmed on Monday and it had an easy platform to send and receive messages to the company without having to call. The technician arrived promptly and we left him to do what he needed, he was extremely thorough and was at the property for just over 2 hours. He was knowledgeable about every issue and all questions we asked, talked us through the exact process required for termite barriers and provided all measurements to get us a quote. The quote and report was in depth and received very promptly. We would not hesitate to use this company again and will absolutely use them to do the termite barriers when we move in.

Very happy with the service as a whole and was super easy to book. Building and pest inspection was in great detail and noticed things I wouldn't even think to look at. The 70+ page report came back the same day (~6hrs after). Stephen was great to deal with and was happy to answer any follow up questions and concerns I had.
