Building Inspector Little Mountain

Sam was very thorough with our inspection. He informed me of all the things that I should consider and had a great attention to detail.

Great service from start to end. Friendly folks and a very thorough inspection report. Would recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t recommend Dedant Pest & Building highly enough. From the very beginning, the whole process was professional, thorough and easy to deal with. Buying a home is stressful enough, but having someone you can trust to carry out a detailed pest and building inspection gave me a lot of peace of mind. The report was extremely thorough, clearly explained and gave me a really good understanding of the property and anything I needed to be aware of before going ahead with the purchase. The communication was excellent, and I genuinely felt like they cared about getting the job done properly rather than just ticking a box. Thanks to the team at Dedant Pest & Building for making one part of buying my new townhouse so much easier. I’ll definitely be recommending you to family and friends! 🏡🔨🐜 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently used Dedant pest and building inspection service and was very impressed with the overall experience. The inspection was thorough, professional, and detailed, and they took the time to explain their findings clearly. The report was comprehensive and easy to understand, which gave me much better confidence in making my property purchase decision. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional pest and building inspection service.

I've used Dedant twice and both times they provided a comprehensive building and pest report that was easy for me to understand. Price was competitive and turnaround from the time I provided my details online to the actual inspection the first time was less than 24hrs, and the second time I used them I provided my details on Friday afternoon and the inspection was two work days later. Dedant corresponded directly with the real estate agent to organise so I didn't have to do anything in regards to communicate between parties. If memory serves me correctly I received the report about 2.5hs or so after the actual insection. Overall I'm happy with the service provided.

Thanks for the work~

Steve performed a pre settlement inspection for our son who is buying his 1st property. Steve did an excellent, very thorough job. He was also more than happy to chat with us after the inspection to answer any queries we had. Brilliant job.

We had a building and pest inspection from Dedant and were very impressed from start to finish. I called to get a quote and was provided all required information include an email with a booking link. I requested a booking Saturday for a Wednesday (very short notice) given Monday was the Logan public holiday. I got the booking email confirmed on Monday and it had an easy platform to send and receive messages to the company without having to call. The technician arrived promptly and we left him to do what he needed, he was extremely thorough and was at the property for just over 2 hours. He was knowledgeable about every issue and all questions we asked, talked us through the exact process required for termite barriers and provided all measurements to get us a quote. The quote and report was in depth and received very promptly. We would not hesitate to use this company again and will absolutely use them to do the termite barriers when we move in.

Very happy with the service as a whole and was super easy to book. Building and pest inspection was in great detail and noticed things I wouldn't even think to look at. The 70+ page report came back the same day (~6hrs after). Stephen was great to deal with and was happy to answer any follow up questions and concerns I had.

Great customer service. Smooth and quick organisation of the inspection and very detailed report, would highly recommend!

Dedant were efficient and really easy to use. They definitely have a customer first lens in how they approach completing their inspections and that is really helpful when navigating buying property.

The report was provided promptly after inspection and the inspector was very professional and responsive when answering questions.

We used dedant to inspect this property when we bought it and they helped us get a bunch of things repaired before we moved in which saved us a huge pile of money. And we just used them for a presale inspection to now sell our home. They have been professional, very helpful. Fast to communicate and really gone above and beyond to be really helpful in dealing with on both occasions and I will definitely be using them in the future. Very grateful for their hard work for us.

Very prompt & professional service. We engaged them on a Friday afternoon & on Monday they had completed a thorough inspection.
