Used Deadant a few months ago for a pre-purchase home inspection. Although the report looked excellent and was very thorough there were parts of the house that they refused to get to in the loft, I can navigate and get to these areas easily myself. Overall a good report but the T&C basically get them out of any issues if you have them in future, I have not had issued with the house I purchased at all.I did make contact with the Inspector after but then after asking a further question he did not reply to me.

I didn't realise I hadn't already given a review.I called dedant about 9 months ago because I had found some fairly big and obvious things wrong in my house after a different company had done the prepurchase inspection and given it the all clear. I wanted to make sure that something less obvious like termites hadn't also been missed.While I can't remember the name of the gentleman who did the inspection he was very thorough, methodical and talked me though things with clear and helpful explanations. It was night and day to the other company I used.If I could go back to 22 I would have used dedant from the start, not the other company recommended by a family member 😩
