Our inspector on the day was Rick and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He was more than happy to answer any questions we had and made sure we fully understood his findings. Additionally, the report we received came through shortly after the inspection and was very detailed and easy to understand. We will definitely use Dedant again and will be recommending them.

I didn't realise I hadn't already given a review.I called dedant about 9 months ago because I had found some fairly big and obvious things wrong in my house after a different company had done the prepurchase inspection and given it the all clear. I wanted to make sure that something less obvious like termites hadn't also been missed.While I can't remember the name of the gentleman who did the inspection he was very thorough, methodical and talked me though things with clear and helpful explanations. It was night and day to the other company I used.If I could go back to 22 I would have used dedant from the start, not the other company recommended by a family member 😩
Dedant was the only company with the best comparable price in the market. They are very kind, super fast and professional in their dealings. He was very friendly to answer all our questions on site. The report was very detailed regarding all the pros and cons of the house in terms of its age etc and helped us make the right decision for our property purchase.
