Bookings are made easy, we work with the Real Estate Agent to avoid any confusion and concerns. We can also organise other inspections for you at the same time, such as swimming pool inspections, asbestos testing and meth testing. I didn't realise I hadn't already given a review.I called dedant about 9 months... ago because I had found some fairly big and obvious things wrong in my house after a different company had done the prepurchase inspection and given it the all clear. I wanted to make sure that something less obvious like termites hadn't also been missed.While I can't remember the name of the gentleman who did the inspection he was very thorough, methodical and talked me though things with clear and helpful explanations. It was night and day to the other company I used.If I could go back to 22 I would have used dedant from the start, not the other company recommended by a family member 😩read more
